Pregnancy / Breast feeding
General conditions
- Systemic disease: systemic lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis, scleroderma
- Immunodeficiency and autoimmune disease
- Severe and complicated or unbalanced diabetes
- Uncontrolled hypo or hyperthyroidism
- Obesity
- Sensitivity disorder
- Peripheral neuropathy
- Coagulation disorder
- Advanced venous insufficiency with significant varicose veins in the area to be treated
- Phlebitis and the area to be treated, pulmonary embolism
- Pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices, metal devices (in the area to be treated)
- Renal failure or heart failure
- Hepatic insufficiency
Skin history
- In the area to be treated: skin infection, lesions, eczema, dermatitis, wound or burn, hernia or history of hernia and heat stimulated pathology like herpes.
- Irradiated skin, history of local radiotherapy, local or loco-regional cancer
Aesthetic history (face)
- Botox injections (avoid any treatment within 2 to 7 days)
- Fillers injections (avoid any treatment for 2 weeks after)
- Peeling, chemical exfoliations (avoid any treatment for 2 weeks)
Medication
- Anticoagulant treatments
- Immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory treatments
